I was part of the cooking
class on Wednesday, September 27 with the tour of
Engineers' spouses and I just wanted to let you know how
much I enjoyed it.

and informative. I really enjoyed the history of
Mexico that you added as well as your own personal growing
up stories. They added a lot of colour and flavour
of their own to the class. You also inspired me to
perhaps take some more cooking classes on my own now that
